Expanding With The Cycles

Our beings are always in a state of expansion.

This life, wether we recognize it or not, is a precious gift to our soul. Not everyone gets to come down and incarnate here on this beautiful planet, although many want to.

How does it feel to know that? Can you recognize the blessing that you are?

God chose YOU.

The school of life, as many call Earth, a place to experience, learn and grow. Ever evolving and integrating the light of all we are, of all that is. Our evolution also being that of the all. Will you show up for it?

We have been moving through much change and transformation in the last few years. Gaia, our Earth Mother, also evolving and ascending her being, propelling us to step boldly into our own ascension journey. You may be asking now, how can we step into and welcome this evolution?

We listen and flow with the cycles of creation. Here, and beyond.

Your expansion happens in the being vs the doing

If you are anything like me, human, it’s likely that the thought of becoming and expanding takes you into the question, so what do I need to ‘do’?

Let me drop a truth for you here… it isn’t so much in the “doing”, but rather in the “being” that expansion and evolution happens.

This moment is all there is. Time is but a concept to the everlasting light that we are. Our light, our being, at oneness with all that is, every moment, in every breath. Needing only to slow down and listen, always whispering through your heart, guiding your way through life.

The being - listening within and connecting to oneself, will lead you into a doing. Action is imperative and part of the path. However, the busy doing, will not bring you into the depth of the being.

It is inside out vs outside in.

The purity you hold within you, always is. In connection, in expansion, without interruption. As we focus in the moment that is, this very present moment and breath, we are who need to be, without needing to do anything.

Being, means embodying all of you in this now moment, human and spirit, the best version of you - in trust, surrender and authenticity. Showing up in this way, in every breath, leads you to the embodying of the highest version of yourself, your highest timeline, in a constant state of evolution, being gifted all that you need in this very moment to continue your soul expansion.

Integrating light into your physical vessel

As we slow down enough to listen to the depths within us, though meditation, breath and connection within, we give ourselves the greatest gift… a communion with the higher aspect of our spirit, our higher self, our holy self, creating an opportunity to release what has been and no longer needs to be, while integrating more of the light of all that we are.

A new frequency, a new perspective, a new beginning. The cycle starts again.

Harnessing the energy of your cyclical nature

By nature, we grow and expand in cycles. Just as the Earth and all of creation, we are cyclical beings. We are constantly becoming [in our being], ending and beginning again, just to once again complete and welcome a new version, a new reality, a new existence.

Do you see the cycles in life that surround you? Do you see the support they provide?

Long ago, the ancients listened closely to the cycles of the Earth, the Moon, the Cosmos. They recognized and valued the great support they provided our evolution, as individuals and as a whole. Like constantly surfing the perfect wave, while you enjoy the sunshine on your skin and the wind in your hair.

This is what I would like to leave you with today…

You weren’t chosen to come and struggle through your evolution, nor to suffer through it. You came to experience yourself, so that you may grow, evolve, release what is no longer serving you, so you may raise in awareness, in frequency, for the ultimate evolution of your soul.

And perhaps you’ve already noticed this, and perhaps not…but you were sent to a place where all the tools and support you need to get through your experience, are always present.

You are so worthy, so important, that this universe was designed to support you in every way possible.

Remove the blinders. Dismantle all limitations. You are here to THRIVE.

Then once again taking you inward to contemplate, listen, and be, until the time comes to begin shining outward once again.

The sun giving us new energies, light [information], to harness, to grow. Equinoxes, portals of energy, planet alignments, all opening the window of opportunity for you to jump into all you have been working so diligently to create.

Do you allow yourself to see now? How it is all there. Inside and outside of you, like a ripe fruit ready for the picking. All is there, with the great opportunity to support you in surfing the greatest wave of your life. Will you take the time to tune in? To listen?

One more gift is given. The beginning again. All has a start and an end, as it ends beginning once again. Harness these energies, these pristine opportunities to propel you into the highest light!

You are so worthy my friend. The Earth, the Stars, the all that is moves and flows to support you. Will you allow it?
